Big players like Meta and Apple envision this future, so it's obviously a controversial belief.

Our truth is built upon the fact that we ourselves are the last in line of Gen Z.
We understand that Facebook is not cool because your grandma is highly active. And even though TikTok has gained massive traction, they simply lack community features. Moreover, you won't get (most) girls to create a server on Discord.

We know that Gen Z lacks a sense of belonging, and we know that the Moment Makers and Community Builders, creating cool 'happenings,' quite simply lack the tools to build and grow their community right now with this generation. Besides, Gen Z actually want to hang out in real life, but it's difficult to find people with shared interests.

That is why we have built Happenings. We provide the tools to gather a community (mostly in real life) in this new generation, so that Gen Z won't miss out on what's happening in their youth.

I have always been fascinated by real estate. 

I started investigating the possibility of investing in rental properties and quickly realized that Aarhus was a great place to start. The city is constantly growing, and there is a high demand for rental properties. 

By investing in the heart of Aarhus, I am able to take advantage of this demand. 
In addition, the location of my properties makes them easy to manage and maintain.

I have an amazing team to do the day-to-day work, consisting of:

Sygeplejerskernes Vikarbureau ApS

Sygeplejerskernes Vikarbureau (SPVB) needed to replace their legacy booking system with a new, state-of-the-art, fully automated system. The reasons for this were many and included the following: first, the legacy system was no longer able to meet the needs of SPVB; second, it was not possible to integrate the legacy system with other systems; third, the legacy system was not scalable; fourth, the maintenance costs of the legacy system were becoming prohibitive. 

The new booking system has already had a positive impact on Sygeplejerskernes Vikarbureau. 

It is more user-friendly and efficient, and it has reduced costs.
