Sonnie's Way Images is photography company that is built on creativity, perspective and fun. Edgy, Daring and Bold are just a few adjectives to describe the work of Sonnie's Way. Sonnie does photography his way.
Sonnie is a new yet unique photographer who has an eclectic perspective on how he sees photography. His photography "pushes the envelope" on what is acceptable to what is daring and bold through creativity. Through his work he seeks to create unique, edgy, & diverse art that will capture the attention of his viewers. Through his photography, Sonnies seeks to leave an impact on his clients, his industry and admirers.

Owner & Lead Photographer

·	Clerical duties: phone coverage, data entry, scanning, copying, filing, faxing, mail pick-up, stamping sort and distribution as per policy and procedure.
·	Organizes in-office events such as conferences, meetings, conference calls, office gatherings and celebrations.
·	Handles the technical/electronic set-up and breakdown of equipment for in-office meetings, functions, and new hires.
·	Assists with employee orientations and onboarding processes
·	Trains and coaches new employees within department
·	Supervises daily operations
·	Evaluates employee performances. Relays evaluations to upper management
·	Manages offices’ inventory and supplies and facilitates office maintenance.
·	Networks with clients, service providers and vendors (both current and prospective)
·	Answers calls from vendors and completes transactions
·	Develops and implements new policies and procedures for optimal efficiency and productivity with approval from management
·	Assesses progress towards departmental goals
·	Analyzes staff productivity, collaborates with other departments on urgent projects
·	Proposes solutions to business problems and employee concerns to management
·	Renders courier services as needed.
·	Arranges office relocations and coordinates file transfers and systemizes files for closing, storage, internal and external audits
·	Provides other job-related duties as related.
