As the founder and CEO of Hubxpert, I help clients unlock the full potential of their HubSpot CRM and maximize their return on investment. We're  also working to build apps and modules in their ecosystem. 

 I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Dhaka and a HubSpot RevOps certification, which enable me to audit, plan, organize, and manage HubSpot instances across six domains: sales, marketing, CMS, operations, customer service, and analytics.

I have also worked as a Growth Marketing Manager at Frontier and PeopleLikeTheWordGrowth, where we delivered B2B paid media ads, cold email campaigns, and automated LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads and meetings. I have managed over $400K in Facebook ad budget and achieved a 70% open rate in cold emails. I have Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics individual certifications, demonstrating my proficiency in data-driven growth strategies.

I am passionate about emerging technologies and creating SaaS products in Bangladesh. I am constantly learning and refining my skills, as I never settle for less. I stay calm under pressure, focus on quality, and seek data for my decisions. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives, treating others with respect and kindness.

 I also like to travel and have visited India, Bhutan, Nepal, and Thailand. I have trekked in Annapurna Base Camp twice.

In 2020, My team had 30-40 Lakh BDT Sales in a month. 

I was working for a home decor company. We dominated the interests of Facebook's Ads manager: 

The average ROAS was 3-4. The ROAS Data was determined by our total sales vs. Ad expenditure. Or, we can say it was ads manager data.

Then again, the company did not survive after 2021 because we heavily relied on Paid Ads.

Now, I Know Hubspot Pretty well. We build Revenue attribution for B2B, SAAS, and e-commerce. Hubspot tells us Which platform has the highest impact on Revenue.

Not only we just know how many people converted, we can actually see their contact details, This allows us to find which image_ad actually helped us to get the most sales. 

I wish I had known Hubspot at the time. 

I could easily build a system where Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads are greatly synced, so we can see that Meta ROAS is flawed.

We could see the actual customer generated by Meta ( not just Meta's number), track their activities in our CRM, and build their entire customer journey in Hubspot.

-- The real reason that the company did not survive was because of data transparency. 

Because Hubspot would tell that ROAS is not actually 4. There are other platforms/mediums that are influencing the sales.

Then, we could avoid huge investments in Paid Ads.

So, founders who are planning to raise funding should invest in CRM. Investors relies Hubspot/Salesforce for conversion data.

Bangladeshi Startups should embrace the Power of Hubspot/Salesforce. If any BD team needs any free, I'd love to jump that conversation.

Today, I saw a small quality of life update in beta, and it made life easier for a lot of our clients!

Now, If you upload any CSV file to HubSpot, you can see what workflows and lists are being impacted by the property.

A lot of the time, when we upload a sheet, it impacts a massive amount of data.

We have a client who imports a sheet, and it impacts a total of 15+ workflows and lists!

This small update prevents a lot of issues happening down the line, and you can simply check if your import affects some other process unintentionally.
