After a career in the automotive industry, specifically at SEAT and CUPRA, my performance has been closely linked to the launch of new projects in the purchasing area. I've been fortunate to have worked with talented people who have helped me on my way to become one myself. Looking to develop myself in other functional areas of the company unknown to me, I ventured to do an MBA at ESADE, which was a wonderful adventure. Besides to develop skills which elevate my performance and also to break down a lot of barriers, it has provided me a completely different business and personal perspective than the one I had previously conceived.
