Preparation of landscape for transfer of first and second level support resources to offshore centre of expertise, determining the SLA requirements and technical expertise required to supplement the internal customer support.
Manage relationship between remote offshore resources and local Canadian internal customer base.
Participate in vendor management processes, RFP preparation with technical and functional specifications.
