 Send RFQ and co-ordinate with vendor for proposal.
 Negotiate and finalize small commercials.
 Validate BOQ and SOW for the technical activity.
 Ensure vendor base is right sized for maximum volume/cost savings leverage.
	Validate and approve commercial for renewal of AMC for different passive infra.
	Validate purchase request raised by CIH in Oracle and create Purchase Order for it.
	Schedule, co-ordinate and conduct reverse auction for large commercials. 
	Conducting Market discovery, Source discovery and Price discovery.
	Ensure availability of uninterrupted Supply base capable of meeting the cost, quality & delivery requirements.
	Monitor and report value tracking for the category – budgeted v/s actual savings.
	Support external and internal Audits, Ensure expeditious closure of identified gaps, if any.
	120 MSCs and 12 Datacenters to provide required support and eventually ensure that all centrally rolled out projects are being executed on time and in line with the laid down guidelines/processes
