Mr. Raunak Gupta is pursuing his Research in Entrepreneurship at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad. He possesses more than 8 years of experience in teaching and research activities. During his professional career, he has guided and mentored thousands of students in making the best career decisions of their lives. His expertise in helping people identify their true potential and navigating them through their career journeys successfully led him to start his career counseling initiative, "Gyaannirudra". He is also a MiDNA-certified Genetic Brain Profiling Consultant and holds expertise in Decoding the characteristics of an Individual's Brain. Mr. Gupta is a member of various professional organizations like IE (India), IAENG, AIMA, and many others. His writings on "Living a Quality Life" have been featured in the prestigious magazine of the American Society of Quality, "Quality Progress". He has published 1 patent and 24 research papers/articles/book reviews (in the area of Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Entrepreneurship, and ISO 9000 Systems) in various reputed international journals and conferences. He has also reviewed several research papers (in the area of Quality Assurance, Management, and Entrepreneurship) for various international journals and conferences. He is the recipient of the Best Faculty Award and Best Research Paper Award in 2016 and 2018 respectively by Quantum University, Roorkee. Being the key member in establishing the IEEE student branch at Quantum School of Technology, He has taken several initiatives like starting the RAS Chapter and WIE affinity group as the founder Chapter and Affinity Group Advisor. During his term as the Branch Counselor in IEEE SB, He has also been credited for successfully organizing the First IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Congress (in 2018) in India. Having a belief that teaching is the only profession through which you can leave a positive impact on the future generation of society and contribute to the success of the nation, He loves to connect with young minds and always looks forward to delivering sessions related to Career Counselling, Entrepreneurship, Decision-making, Time Management, Digital Marketing, and Quality Management.
