As a senior IT trainer/consultant, I have over 20 years+ of training and development experience; I have experience in several cloud based SAAS technologies: e.g. Adobe Experience Platform (CDP), Adobe Target (A/B, MVT, Personalisation, CRO) Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch and the Anaplan platform. I have taught the Adobe Creative Suite for many years also. I am proficient in several technologies and I have worked with a diverse range of customers in helping them use and implement such technologies.
