As a part of the Experience Design(XD) team, I am responsible for Parcel locker innovation in Sending Technology Solutions of Pitney Bowes. Applied various Design Thinking, user research methods to explore, define, design, and validate concepts of receiving lockers, shipping lockers, retail lockers, PUDO(Pickup drop-off) kiosks. I took data-driven decisions with the help of various analytical tools to understand the gaps of various SendPro products. Also, I matured mobile design system by identifying patterns so that designers of XD team can apply the same in their projects. Supported VPAT for accessibility of smart lockers.

My work with the UXCoE (UX Centre of Excellence) team involved in enhancing user experience of multiple products under TIMES INTERNET through highly systematic strategic design approach. Implemented design process which incorporates user research and analysis as well as creating frameworks for products such as Content Management System CMS) of Times of India group, one of the largest CMS in the world and other mobile products like Chrysalis (Mobile CMS), Medaino, Mandiapp etc.
