Managed and responsible for support operations and metrics in the LTPAC business unit.  Awarded a “Cerner Masters” designation as a top 1% performer in the organization.  Served as an Account Executive and escalation point for the organization’s high value clients

Managed and led a team of product Delivery Consultants, completing 125 enterprise software implementations, while successfully integrating the team’s business operations through Resource Systems successful exit to Cerner Corporation (2011).

I've led high-impact teams at growth-stage technology startups to exit and integration to Fortune 500 companies (twice).  Building and re-building great operations teams became my thing.

However, it's not my only thing.

I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some amazing humans and help them along their personal and professional journeys.  Seeing others fully realize and unleash their God-given potential is what I love.
