- developing methods for statistical experimental design and analysis of high throughput data, modeling gene regulation by Transcription Factors and microRNAs
- reconstruction of regulatory interactions from RNA expression data
- analysis of mass-spectrometry and expression data in microRNA mis-expression experiments 

My work resulted in several high profile publications that by now have over 3000 citations.
