Worked on the development and implementation of a GCC Country’s Government Excellence Strategy:
• Managed a team of three to conduct the institutional setup assessment of the whole-of-government structure of the country. Derived recommendations that resulted in the standardization and optimization of government operations and a 10% reduction in the government wage bill.
• Spearheaded the development of the performance management framework of the strategy including the design of the governance and operating models. The framework was adopted by the Government Excellence unit of the country and was rolled-off across 200 executive public sector bodies.

- Worked on the strategy development of the largest urban regeneration program in the world covering a central area of 15 km2:
• Managed a cross-functional team of consultants, sub-contractors, and subject matter experts to develop the project-wide socio-economic development program.
• Developed the program implementation plan by analyzing variables and constraints and concurrently addressing the needs and priorities of various stakeholders leading to the approval of the Board of Directors.

- Took the initiative to develop and deliver a training program to multiple teams of client staff covering core analyst competencies including research and analysis, PowerPoint presentation, and Excel modeling. Training was subsequently adopted internally across three regional Booz Allen offices as part of the onboarding process of junior consultants.
