I am a Senior leader who has found success in building deep customer relationships throughout a variety of industries, such as Construction, Base Operations, IT, and Engineering. I began my career as a paralegal in a successful oil & gas company, Doyon Limited, located in my hometown of Fairbanks, Alaska. While assisting one of our subsidiary companies on a business development project I quickly discovered that building and turning around businesses is what I truly enjoy. Prior to and after earning my MBA and with the blessing of great mentors early and throughout my career I was able to use my expertise in data mining, market research and relationship building to acquire competitive and direct award contracts ranging from 100K to 150M with commercial and governmental clientele. I have held a number of Business Development and Executive Management roles with 8(a), HUBZone and other companies ranging from $2M to 1B in revenues. I have maintained good relationships with my past employers and clients and consider many of their boards and senior leaders friends to this day. I’m currently the President and founder of JRA Solutions, LLC where I lead a group of seasoned consultants with backgrounds ranging from 3 star generals to Harvard graduates. We provide strategic planning, pipeline development, project management, M&A identification and analysis and other business development services to a select group of commercial, tribal and government clientele. I also serve as the Vice President of Business Development for Arctic Tundra Supply & Services, LLC, an SDVOSB company specializing in Construction, Logistics and Project Management. My successive roles have allowed me to leverage my empathy and client loyalty while managing projects and delivering impactful business development strategies.
