Established Damag Engineering Services Limited in 2002 providing architectural metalwork and structural steel solutions to large construction firms including Sisk, PJ Walls, PJ Hegarty,
and Purcell Construction.

Developed the business building key relationships with the large construction firms in Ireland and generating key contacts ranging in value from EUR0.5m to EUR1.5m.
Coordinated estimation process and prepared contract tenders. Coordinated pre-award documentation process.
Project managed the successful delivery of contracts from design through to onsite installation.
Managed the design process supervising a team of 5 staff in the draught office. Ensured cost effective solutions delivered to maximise margins.
Supervised activities in 2 workshops employing 38 staff. Managed manufacturing to ensure outline time and quality specifications were met.
Communicated contract update to the client, QS and Site Contract Managers.
Ensured contracts delivered on-time and on-cost.

I was employed to set up and run the Dublin office for O Carroll engineering Ltd, O Carroll engineering Ltd based in Killarney Co, Kerry, are one of the leading  suppliers of fabricated  Architectural metalwork in Ireland, my role was to put in place management controls for their Dublin operations, this involved the management of  20 staff working on varies sites, Planning / scheduling / etc, working to tight time frames and budgets were paramount,
