The Air Station

The Air Station is Singapore’s leading & largest distributor of world-class continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) technology, and a one-stop solution for all Respiratory Care, CPAP and Sleep Apnea needs, from diagnostic to therapy.

In this position, I was responsible for the overall sales and marketing operations of The Air Station online products. In conjunction with Easmed, I participated in the development of local market strategies to win significant market share among local customers in the sleep medicine markets, by leveraging technology alongside digital marketing.

A summary of my accomplishments/responsibilities include:

★ Managed all technical and marketing aspects of www.theairstation.com.
★ Direct the online brand experience, customer acquisition and retention strategies for customers. Manage all facets of online marketing, including e-commerce, websites, email, social media, and CRM 
★ Implemented SEO techniques and PPC strategies to increase average monthly revenue by 23% 
★ Planned and executed all marketing activities, including on-site merchandising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing and title-based/seasonal promotional offers. Reviewed web analytics, developed recommendations for store/campaign optimization, and implemented these recommendations.
★ Analyzed site performance and initiated improvements, including merchandising efforts, technical projects, and creative changes

Digital Business Development | Customer Experience | E-commerce

Easmed

Easmed is a medical device distributor specializing in the fields of ENT, General Surgery, Urology, Sleep Medicine, Respiratory & Critical Care in South-East Asia.

In this position, I was responsible for the digital transformation of the company and the establishment of Sleep Disorder equipment and services in the Cardiology market. I am also responsible for developing and managing the Customer Experience division.

A summary of my accomplishments/responsibilities include:

★ Single-handedly managed the successful upgrade and deployment of new technological system with zero cost overrun.
★ Established structure, responsibility, and accountability for staff.
★ Lead and managed Customer Experience division, achieving a high rate of CSAT.
★ Established social media channels leading to an increase in brand awareness.
★ Developed and implemented strategic Customer Experience program to provide top-notch customer service.
★ Established an effective prospect and customer management system to enable reps to increase sales efficiencies, eg. increase of closure rates, track results, shortening of the sales cycle and improve projections.
