At Korea Foods, I was heading innovations and operations departments for local and international C-level stakeholders, reviewing best practices and sustainable boundaries. 

I was managing processes within daily operational functions, making recommendations to identify short-term and long-term efficiencies through rigorous testing. I was also responsible for implementing change-processes, inventory, and operations for teams and clients.

My role also involved logistics and commercial management of implementing strategic goals and business development within the mainstream care homes, schools and private hospitals, as well as management of third-party stakeholder (UK and EUROPE) associations to outsource elements of demand planning and fulfilment services within management function.

Finally, I was adept at management and accountability of project workflows, KPIs, Dashboards, P&Ls, marketing and operations budget (£20 million).

Achievements and Responsibilities: 
Quantum Cryotherapy Ltd, instigate Healthcare best practices from manufacturing, implement, customer focus in operations to customer interface. 
Manufactured cryotherapy chamber (market value of £100k) implementation into hospitals, clinics and healthcare centres.
End-to end Innovation, marketing and planning management of Installation, general operations (B2B), customer interface for Whole Body Cryotherapy treatments within the operations team, incorporating a customer centric user guide into hospitals, clinics and healthcare centres.
Created national and international marketing and operations strategy, 12% B2B installation efficiencies month on month. In August 2019, initially integrated 1000 members into their ‘Health and Well-being’ package and increased 15% Month on Month, utilizing industry S&OP strategy platform. 
P&L and cash flow forecasting. Establishing state of the art ‘healthcare and wellbeing’ concept into the hospital/healthcare and fitness Industry.

Penta Foodservice

Achievements and Responsibilities: 
Project managing, evaluating the efficient planning and implementation of all process’s procurement, receipt, storage and dispatch of 3000 SKUS. Maintaining and improving processes through implementation of new IT, barcoding, digital stock analysis and increase KPI efficiencies by 22% total turnover £45 million.
Customers Include: Hospitals, clinics, health centres, care homes and government funded institutions. 
Customer growth by 8% YOY, customer retention 15% YOY.
Monitoring weekly cashflow forecast P&L with C-Level Stakeholders, Turnover peaked to £45 million, operating and planning budget was at £10.5 million. 
Using Microsoft Dynamic GP and integrating new ERP on-premise systems to focus on creating efficiencies at all regional depots. 
HACCP practical guidelines approved 2009, currently assessing Level 4 Food safety. Awarded BRC accreditation 2017, 2018 and 2019.
