•	Overseed that the processes perform at required capacity and optimum level of efficiency, quality, and availability; used Man-Machine diagrams to ensure that the process is correctly mapped for customer capacity requirements.
•	Maintained process documentation updated on production lines and in PLM system: Process Flowchart, PFMEA, Working Instructions (SWI); delegate tasks for documentation update to process engineers.
•	Initiated, coordinated, and supported process change activities approved in the management CCB – performed Yokoten activities for internal changes and best practices; Local Process Authority in relation with the European organization regarding 1P1P (1 product 1 process) standardization. 
•	Regional (European) AIAG/VDA PFMEA Expert and trainer for production roles: process, quality, maintenance engineers and technicians; coordinated and organized periodic trainings, evaluated performances, and proposed improvements actions for the risks identified – trained 2 PFMEA experts, 5 PFMEA specialists and had 70+ attendees to trainings.
•	Presented the manufacturing process to senior management during visits and member in certification audit team from process side – IATF16949.
•	Coordinated VSMatrix activities and the team responsible with product allocation on suitable production lines according to product behavior; improved operational efficiency by 10%, availability by 7% and streamlined the manufacturing processes.

•	Performed acceptance and production lines installation in plant according to projects timing plan; installed 15 production lines and 20 subassembly lines during new facility go-live; lines had a medium to high process complexity.
•	Performed MSA, process capability studies and process setup; updated process documentation – Flowchart, FMEA, SWI; update machine documentation: process parameters, book of specifications, RFQs.
•	Analyzed and implemented actions for process deviations identified in quality, efficiency, and availability.
