Main Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to guide and coach our Ops arm to future scalability through leading and managing the design, implementation, and optimization of the company's go-to-market systems and processes.

Included Responsibilities
Maintain a full overview of the current/to-be tech stack. User access, data integrations, data catalog, reports, license cost, and own the usage and improvement areas of the tech stack while guiding the RevOps team towards op cadence by understanding upstream and downstream impacts with any improvement or change.

Adapt and change tech stack setup based on GTM needs and changes in core processes, including managing vendor relations and contracts. 

Developing and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems used for customer relationship management, sales pipeline management, and marketing automation.

Defining and tracking key performance metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize the company's go-to-market operations and improve sales, CS, and marketing effectiveness.

Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, customer success and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency across the entire customer lifecycle.
