With over 18 years of experience in end-to-end user experience and service design, I have hired and coached high-performing teams and directors. I have changed organization's culture and processes from feature centric mindset to experience first mindset by leveraging user-centered design methodologies that have produced business results faster than traditional methods. I have been successful across complex domains that include cybersecurity, learning management, and payment systems. I am a passionate advocate of design thinking, lean UX, dual track agile and customer-centric mentality. While I am goal-orientated and results-driven, I deeply care about people and relationships. I lead with influence and am able to effectively communicate the value of experience up, down and across the organizational hierarchy. I am also a skilled workshop facilitator who can make design thinking accessible to diverse audiences.
