For over six decades, I’ve had the privilege of advising some of the world’s largest companies, working directly with Fortune 100 CEOs and boards across a wide range of industries and global markets. I have worked with over 50 Chinese companies and served on Chinese boards for three decades. I have seen how the system operates from the inside.

I wasn’t just observing from the sidelines—I was in the room where critical strategies were made. I saw the birth of the 90% Model, as Chinese companies built massive scale, leveraged technology, and manipulated pricing to capture 90% 𝐨𝐟 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 across industries.
