• Contributed $2.1M in revenue to the Managed Services portfolio by executing segment targeted demand generation programs focused on customer cross-sell/up-sell and acquisition strategies – Search Engine Marketing, Public Relations, Seminars, Webinars, Tradeshows, Digital Ads, Email and Promotional Offers.
• Conducted primary and secondary research to align product marketing strategies with segment market needs
• Creation of persona-based portfolio and product positioning, messaging and marketing collateral focused on specific stages of the customer buying cycle

Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Managed Services

Development of acquisition and cross-sell demand generation campaigns and lead cross functional teams to implement and launch campaigns successfully and on time. Responsible for the management of the marketing program / campaign from concept to completion, tracking and reporting, recommending changes and improvements, and engaging the appropriate internal stakeholders for decisions and direction. Programs and Campaigns were project managed with a critical path. The focus of this role was across all products and all channels and in partnership with sales and channel, it had a key internal focus to see that Allstream was operationally ready to launch a campaign.
