BACKGROUND I've always had a passion for the built environment. Being able to look at a space and within a matter of minutes and develop a vision for what it could be has always come naturally to me. Through renderings, I empower others to share in my gift of visualization - realizing the unbuilt in hopes of transforming the doldrums of a community into places where people want to live, work, and grow. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I have worked on projects as small as visualizing a bathroom renovation to coordinating the design and sales tools for a multifamily development. After founding my own design and visualization firm five years ago, my capabilities have only grown as I experienced new projects, problems, and challenges. Currently, I am launching my next big venture, a software company called Welcome Home that will help users visualize their unbuilt home in just a few clicks - all through the power of AI! I am also actively seeking competitive opportunities within real estate and civil engineering to further my professional development and the continual investment I make in myself. EDUCATION I received my Associate of Science (AS) concurrent with my high school diploma. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering at The Ohio State University, with plans to enroll in a subsequent Master of Architecture (MArch) and potential Master of Structural Engineering (MSTRENG). FUTURE PLANS I am aggressively working towards a full-stack launch of Welcome Home in 2025. Meanwhile, I will be taking on an executive role at an up-and-coming development company in downtown Columbus. I will be utilizing that experience to gain a better understanding of property development, before I invest in my first real estate project at 21. I will also be working full-time during the summers in civil engineering internships to gain experience necessary for obtaining professional licensure. TIME AWAY FROM MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE Over the last year, I have taught myself audio mixing and remastering, and have launched my own live bootleg YouTube channel - though frankly I don’t upload as much as I should! I’m a music enthusiast with a growing collection of, for lack of a better word, “stuff.” The current collection includes an upright grand piano, Baldwin organ, and hopefully in the near future, a vintage Roland RD1000 keyboard. When not working in music, I enjoy touring small towns and historic buildings.
