Key Accomplishments:
•	On the team that created a scalable custom CPQ and contract generation process using Salesforce, DocuSign and Conga Composer.  Wrote all announcements and training materials, oversaw UAT, and tracked adoption.  Ensured that all contract data was captured in Salesforce so that sales pipelines would be accurate and viewable in real time.
•	Transitioned Salesforce users from the Classic to Lightning by helping with technical configuration, creating company-wide communications, and conducting trainings.
•	Created the presentation and training materials for all new sales hires on how to properly use Salesforce, Conga Composer and DocuSign.  Included videos on Lightning navigation, Activities, Opportunities, Accounts, and converting Leads.
•	Reformatted and revised the company’s Purchase and License Agreements with input from Sales, Legal, Sales Support and Marketing to align language with current processes, remove redundancies, and reduce the time needed to generate them.
•	Translated the Purchase and License Agreements into a Conga Composer template that could dynamically be filled with Salesforce data, created with a button, and signed electronically.
•	Developed a DocuSign solution to digitally capture field sales training summaries. Provided written and video training materials to support the Training team’s launch of the process.
•	Created a mobile optimized DocuSign Powerform to digitally capture attendee consent forms for pop up events.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Administration and maintenance of business applications for over 300 Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud users, 200 DocuSign users, and 125 Conga Composer users.  Included training, support, and integrations.
•	Maintained and updated Conga Composer templates in MS Word and Excel.
•	Evaluated pain points within the company, gathered requirements, and worked to identify and implement solutions that would often, but not exclusively, incorporate Salesforce, Conga Composer, and DocuSign.

DocuSign and Salesforce Consultant

Ciberspring

•	Held over 200 meetings with over 250 business stakeholders from high-profile client to analyze pain points, gather business and technical requirements, and demo Salesforce solutions.
•	Identified over 100 business requirements and translated them into over 200 Jira user stories.  Worked alongside the Salesforce Solution Architect, Project Manager, and offshore development team to get stories solutioned, developed, demo’ed, approved by the client, moved to production, and validated.
•	Worked to merge two Salesforce orgs and simultaneously transition the approximately 2,000 Salesforce users across multiple divisions and departments from the Classic to Lightning interface by helping with technical configuration, QA, training, documentation, and user interface (branding, layouts, help text, list views, error messages) to ensure positive user experiences.

•	Purchased new home, budgeted, and oversaw $70,000 in renovations all while very pregnant.  Included some attempts at home improvement (but I am much better with business improvement it turns out).
•	Cared for new baby born in 2018.

Key Accomplishments:
•	Oversaw the development of a custom Salesforce solution and Avatax integration to replace Triton’s billing system to save money on costly license fees and ease the collection of taxes.
•	Member of the four-person task force responsible for choosing a CRM and solely led the import of data for thousands of contacts, clients, agreements and payments from outside GoldMine, Skybox, Salesforce and Sugar CRM systems into a new Triton Salesforce account.
•	Met with Cumulus Media in Dallas to devise a plan to transition over 1,000 radio stations to a new terrestrial barter system. Wrote all communication from Triton to affiliates and led the 11-person team that contacted all the stations to download, install and train staff on new software.
•	Evaluated solutions and led the company adoption of DocuSign to reduce instances of incomplete contracts and saved staff time by allowing company officers the flexibility to countersign electronically instead of in person.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Managed a six-person team that included Salesforce developers, administrators, contract analysts and part-time staff located in the U.S. and Canada. Used Jira and Confluence to organize the team’s workload and document important information.
•	Served as the Salesforce Product Owner and worked with other departments to identify business issues, gather requirements, and prioritize the project backlog.
•	Managed the day-to-day relationship with Westwood One including verifying monthly revenue calculations, dividing revenue between divisions and barter partners, and providing reports to C-level executives to evaluate barter revenue pacing.
•	Contract management of domestic and international license and non-disclosure agreements.
•	Unraveled complicated contract issues and implemented solutions across multiple departments such as Legal, Accounting, and Customer Support.
•	Integrated new Salesforce add-ons to solve company operational and data issues.

Vice President, Business Operations

Key Accomplishments:
•	Made on-site visit to new Denver offices after the Jones Radio Networks acquisition to gather requirements and direct computer programmers on the redesign of Skybox and GoldMine CRM to accommodate new affiliate data that more than doubled the size of the database.
•	Created and implemented the processes and then managed the monthly billing and revenue splits for online advertising (specifically with AdNext and Google AdSense services).
•	Took over all contract creation for all newly acquired companies and on boarded all new barter partners. Oversaw barter partner relationship for approximately 300 radio stations.
•	Automated the calculation of MT message overages for Mobile Xpress Messenger service to easily bill clients every month with complete precision.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Managed the creation and customization of proposals and agreements for 10 sellers.
•	Managed all of the entry and maintenance of billing, contract, client and prospect data in CRM.
•	Analyzed sales information each quarter and submitted analysis to CFO for payment of affiliate sales commissions.
•	Directed the Accounting Department in all aspects of affiliate cash billing and the Traffic Department in all aspects of affiliate barter collection.
•	Served as point person for the barter partnership with Dial Global and oversaw the creation of all new barter vehicles, dealt with any client issues and resolved all level two barter discrepancies.
•	Oversaw the tracking, reconciling and maintenance of affiliate and contract data in the GoldMine, Skybox, ACT1 and Counterpoint databases.
•	Calculated amounts due and approved payments for partner companies with barter and cash revenue share agreements.

Director of Market Operations

Key Accomplishments:
•	Hired and trained employees and built the Operations Department from the ground up.
•	Worked with outside vendor to create a relational database (Skybox) that managed clients, prospects and contractual obligations.  Solely responsible for its design, debugging, implementation and transferring the company data to it from Excel sheets.  
•	Collaborated with IT to customize and update GoldMine CRM and connect it to Skybox.
•	Initiated and completed project to digitize close to 5,000 affiliate contracts and store them on the company network drive for easy access for all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Supported three sellers and supervised part-time staff.
•	Customized, revised and processed incoming license agreement with counsel assistance.
•	Processed all client terminations and reported them to Sales and Accounting Departments.

Market Operations & Business Manager

MJI Interactive, Inc.

•	Created and processed license agreements for all new business.
•	Assisted Sales Department by creating and updating sales kits and prospect lists.  
•	Maintained and updated all marketing materials using Microsoft Word and Photoshop. 
•	Created targeted mailing lists by researching radio stations in ACT1, importing and formatting the information in Microsoft Excel and mail merging the addresses onto labels using Microsoft Word.

Sales and Market Development Coordinator

•	Created and updated spreadsheets related to interactive marketing and promotions.  
•	Was responsible for procuring prizes, selecting online contest winners, and notifying corresponding radio stations that their listeners had won. 
•	Coordinated and assembled all interactive mailings with upwards of 2,000 pieces in a timely manner.

Want an example of a bad agent? This guy Kuldip Hillyer at Kugamon has an agent of some sort commenting on people's posts within a minute of the post going up. It's inauthentic and annoying. Don't be like this guy. Some stats (yes I used AI to help me analyze this):

Maybe this guy is a saint. I have no idea who he is other than he's going to be blocked. If we all did this shit, LinkedIn would be more of a hellscape than it already is.
