What I Can Do and What I Love to Do = Create, Develop and Deliver Quality Content for Learners. I Help and Coach Teachers in Maintaining Their Careers OR Reinvent Themselves and Transition Smoothly. Within these two roles, I do the following: -- I help transitioning teachers revamp their resumes to get them noticed by recruiters and best display how their desired careers. -- Facilitate professional learning sessions in-person and virtually for districts, educational groups, and for 1:1 sessions -- Develop and design eLearning, ILT, VILT courses that will enhance the learner's ability to comprehend new concepts, training, policies, and ideas. Through the Jamal Gordon-Hill Foundation, I do the following: -- Assist at-risk young people in achieving and advancing on all educational levels by providing academic support and technology training. -- Assist educators and non-profit organizations by donating my in-kind services to support their efforts in developing a more peaceful generation of youth who will possess the tools to overcome any current life obstacles with an empowered sense of self. My Specialties are: consulting, training (F2F and virtual), designing eLearning, ILT, and VILT learning modules, facilitating staff developments, edtech instructional training, non-profits.
