Instructional Support Coach

Northwest ISD 

Provided leadership during summer school sessions that included scheduling, tracking, and school correspondence.  Sets objectives for students to meet, and developed a plan of action for teachers to follow in helping children achieve those benchmarks.  Coordinated the duties of staff to ensure all operations flow seamlessly.

	Developed master schedule and attendance tracking system for teachers and students.
	Provided parent training on systems, programs, and educational requirements.

Principal, Summer School

Combined standard instruction for state tested curriculum with innovative and creative training solutions to provide education and training to students across the campus.  Selected to present trainings at district events as well as in other school districts.  Leveraged technology and learning theory to deliver relevant, audience-based training.

	Established a creative flipped classroom approach to learning that resulted in classroom time being focused on discussion that enriched and improved learning comprehension by student.  
	Led the charge to pilot Standards Based Learning program that allows re-training and testing to be focused only on the areas that require improvement, saving time and maintaining self-confidence and self-esteem for learner.  
	Developed presentations for fellow educators that maintained ongoing effectiveness of educational initiatives and ensured the learner experience was relevant, useful, and impactful.

	Selected as team lead over other, more tenured staff to own meeting design and structure, and act as liaison between teachers and administration.
