I've spent my career in fast-growth SaaS and Data companies in revenue-generating roles. With 15+ years of experience in Customer Success and Sales within SaaS, Data and Martech, I have been advising early-stage founders on GTM motion: Sales and Partner Success. I advise on go-to-market strategies, pipeline/revenue growth, and customer retention. In my career, I have led sales, customer success and strategy, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. Hitting success metrics like increasing ARR, cost avoidance, increasing average deal size, and close ratios in the mid-marketing and enterprise segments, streamlined efficiencies in sales/AM/client onboarding process. I've forged channel partnerships to tap into new revenue lines; broken new business and grown client revenue over time into six, seven and eight-figure deals. I started my career as a seller and have managed revenue teams from 5 to 60 people; and P&L's from $5M to $150M. I have a track record of being a change agent and motivating and transforming underperforming teams to grow at scale. I deliver value to large enterprises and Fortune 500 clients, as well as building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams. I am passionate about solving complex problems, driving innovation, and scaling operations with data-driven insights and effective technologies.
