- Sole campaign manager for all out-of-home inventory at London Heathrow, Heathrow Express, Aberdeen International Airport, Glasgow Airport, Edinburgh Airport and Eurostar International.

- A hands-on, client-facing role requiring excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
- Daily tasks included quoting and negotiating rates with clients and suppliers, developing client base and setting up and running projects; including placing translations, casting voice-over artists, booking language directors and studios. 
- Position required liaising with a vast array of departments within the company. Managed workflow to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records including preparing projects for invoicing. 
- Language direction in the studios.

RWS Group

- Project Management role working with a varied portfolio of high-profile clients, acting as a point of contact for all queries and dealing directly with the client, freelance translators, patent agents, and other in-house staff. 
- In-depth knowledge of complex procedure regarding the filing of European patents. Liaised with both patent offices and clients to ensure deadlines were met and patents did not lapse.
- Improved organisational skills, customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and time constraints, including the ability to prioritise workload.
- Senior promotion in May 2013 introduced new responsibilities into the role including; training of new members of the team, becoming an intricate part of the Quality Control chain, increased team management responsibilities and entrusted with high-priority ‘handle with care’ clients.
