Responsible for helping the leadership team of the Building Design Product Group ensure a healthy organization and good operational models. Accountable for the process around strategic planning for the teams working on products and services such as Revit, Advance Steel, Robot Structural Analysis, and others and quarterly OKR processes to support those activities. Additionally own the strategy and coordinate execution for ongoing customer engagement activities that involve the product development teams across the portfolio of Building and Infrastructure Design products.

Director of Operations, Building Design Products

I plan, organize, and run large strategic meetings for VP's, Directors, their staffs, and external customers. I use LUMA design thinking methods to ensure great outcomes for the sponsors of the events as well as the attendees. Events range from 10-60 people, hours to multi-day, as a solo facilitator or coordinating with other facilitators, and on topics ranging from future vision planning to executing on immediate priorities with development teams.

Lead Facilitator

Responsible for experience design of Revit (architecture and building engineering 3d modeling software), Revit Cloud Models, Advance Steel, Robot Structural Analysis, Insight Analysis Services, and other products and services. 

I oversee a group of experience designers and user experience architects in worldwide locations as well as the practices of our 25+ scrum teams in ensuring we produce valuable solutions that are usable and satisfying. 

I also work across groups in the company to align experiences and best practices. I contribute to both strategy and execution, working with peers on the Revit leadership team and using user-centered approaches to problem solving at both the project level and the business strategy level. I am able to align design efforts with business priorities, and have a deep understanding for business health and goals as well as software health and topics such as software architecture, resiliency, and security.

Director, Experience Design for Revit and Building Design Products

I am responsible for the experience design of Revit (architecture and building engineering 3d modeling software), Revit Cloud Models, Advance Steel, Robot Structural Analysis, Insight Analysis Services, and other products and services. I oversee a group of experience designers and design strategists in worldwide locations as well as the practices of our 25+ scrum teams in ensuring we produce valuable solutions that are usable and satisfying. I also work across groups in the company to align experiences and best practices. I contribute to both strategy and execution, working with peers on the Revit leadership team and using user-centered approaches to problem solving at both the project level and the business strategy level. I am able to align design efforts with business priorities, and have a deep understanding for business health and goals as well as software health and topics such as software architecture, resiliency, and security. In this role I also have had experience leading a cross-functional team of product managers, software architects, and experience designers in creating a product vision and helping in make that vision become part of our product roadmap.

Senior Experience Design Manager, Revit and Building Design Products

Responsible for three cross-functional scrum teams (US and Poland) and coordination of UX work across the larger group responsible for our Architecture customers and the core functionality within the Revit product.

Sr. Engineering Manager and Group XD Lead, Architecture and Revit Core, AEC Group

Responsibile for ensuring quality user experiences in the Revit products. Managing and coaching a team of User Experience Designers embedded on local scrum teams in the US and Poland.

User Interface design and usability studies for engineering software. Autodesk Building Systems is used to create HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, and Electrical drawings. Led the team of industry-experienced designers in the realm of usability studies, user observation, and user-based design.

Interaction Designer for AutoCAD MEP

Product Designer for the AutoCAD team.  Designed user interaction and interfaces, conducted usability studies and user observation, worked with customers, marketing, and development team to create useful and valuable features on a limited schedule.

Our customers design and construct the buildings you see around you every day and we help them do that by deeply understanding their work, creating concepts that align with how they think, working in multi-disciplinary teams to create a solution, and then testing and iterating on our solution as it gets developed. 

I have 20 years of interaction/UX design experience, and multiple years of experience overseeing cross-functional scrum teams. I am passionate about problem-solving, understanding the needs of the people I'm working with as well as our customers, and love helping people create great solutions.
