As a Chief of Staff at a startup, my role is absolutely instrumental in driving the company forward. I act as the right-hand person to the CEO, and my responsibilities are incredibly diverse. From overseeing critical projects and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly to facilitating seamless communication across teams, my adaptability is key. I'm deeply involved in strategic planning, team coordination, and problem-solving. Every day is a new challenge, but I relish the opportunity to help our startup grow, execute our vision, and succeed in a competitive landscape.

As Chief of Staff of the MTRL VenturesGroup I'm responsible for working with the Directors to set group and individual goals, establish and improve systems and processes, create an inclusive and dynamic culture as well as support on people and progression.

Working alongside the Product Directors to identify best practice in product where rapid scale can be enabled 
Strengthen product feedback loop between heads of product and find ways to disseminate high level information between tribes
Establish an onboarding process thats fit for scale
Creating improved roadmap alignment between heads of tribes in order to meet business growth targets on time

Product Operations 

Tech Nation

Responsible for the performance management of the organisation and enabling individuals and teams to achieve their goals. Liaising with the executive and delivery teams to ensure structures and processes are in place and fit for purpose. Also the lead on KPI and Key Results tracking and management; making sure deliverables and on the roadmap are accounted for and on target. Most recently a champion of OKR adoption and adaption.

Business Performance Lead

As the Agile Delivery Lead I facilitated agile events, removed impediments, provided coaching to team members and ensured timely and accurate delivery of the roadmap items as well as managed an awesome team of PMs. Working with other Heads of and Functional Leads to ensure synergy with resourcing, deliverables and keeping projects aligned to the company's overarching strategic objectives.

Delivery Lead

Serving as facilitator for agile teams working under the scrum structure as well as the builder for programmes. Acting as the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint and bridging the needs of the product owner, partnership team, marketing and PR, operations, and events team. Always ensuring our customers and users needs were front and centre when managing each sprint and the wider delivery plans.

Programme Manager and Scrum Master

Scrum Master and PM for Rising Stars, Tech Nation's early stage scale up competition for tech companies HQ'd in the UK Also, PM/Scrum Master for Applied AI which is a deep tech peer to peer network for series A founders and functional leads. 

Responsible for programme and competition delivery and day to day operations across cross-functional teams.
