 I believe, practice is THE defining factor between good and great, ( just ask Allen Iverson)  however, most companies agree they don't have enough time or resources to make this a priority .... This is where I save the day though Second Nature 🦹🏽‍♀️🤖  

I grew up in Maine ( most people find that interesting)  love Pilates, anything event planning related and have a million fun facts about myself that i'll save for our first conversation 🤪
