At Reeher, I work with Executive Level contacts within higher education institutions to drive customer adoption and success within a our network of customers. I consult with and coach leaders on reaching goals while utilizing a strong understanding of their business objectives. I work to create buy-in within their organizations, articulate value to the executives and inspire and sell the Platform's ability to improve fundraising productivity. My role is as a trusted advisor and coach, enabling institutions to apply the Reeher Platform effectively to support the achievement of each customer's strategic business goals.


In this role, I work closely with the customer's executive leadership in negotiating renewal contracts for their SaaS subscription. Doing so requires strong relationships with multiple contacts within the account. 
I act as the escalation point for issues that impact the customer’s success and as the liaison between the customer and the other customer-facing personnel in Sales, Marketing and the Product Team.

Ultimately responsible for the team's success in generating business and meeting assigned quotas. Work with the management team to determine incentive plans, quota targets, and team goals.  Responsible for hiring and managing team members. Responsible for coaching partners on the sale of our products, in the creation and execution of their marketing plan and managing an accurate pipeline that included sales through those partners as well as direct sales into that region.  Responsible for weekly forecasting and reaching a monthly target quota that included both channel partner sales as well as direct sales.  Presented product demonstrations over the web and in person.  Presented topics to our VARs at Sage conventions to further educate and assist them.  Routinely reached or exceeded quota.  Awarded the Sage Inner Circle Award for reaching 110% over the fiscal year.
