Always driven and focused, I embrace challenges; giving myself opportunities to learn new skills and meet new people. In 2021, I graduated from Lancaster University with a First-Class Honours Degree in BSc Hons Marketing Management. During my university studies, I engaged in a range of extra-curricular activities and work experience including a placement year at Johnson & Johnson Vision, working on leading brand, ACUVUE®. I have recently completed a two-year rotational Commercial & Marketing Graduate Scheme at Johnson & Johnson Consumer, gaining experience in brand marketing, sales and a specialist strategy placement. My first rotation was within the Cough, Cold & Allergy brand team working across BENYLIN®, SUDAFED® & BENADRYL® where I was responsible for two business growth areas; Professional Marketing & eCommerce, enabling me to develop skills in B2B and B2C marketing. My second rotation was within the Customer Development team working on the ASDA account. For my third and final rotation, I worked in the brand marketing CALPOL® team. I am currently Assistant Brand Manager JOHNSON’S® Baby & AVEENO® Baby UK & Ireland at Kenvue. I am also an active work stream member of a diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) employee resource group; Casting Aside Stereotypes Today (CAST) where I represent Kenvue at external events and internal forums and manage an external partnership; showcasing my versality and ability to manage a wide array of commitments and priorities. I am currently a mentee on the Diversity & Inclusion in Grocery Mentoring Scheme enabling me to learn and network with colleagues across the industry.
