Here's how I created a 90-day plan for a Senior Recruiter role at YALJ Group - A Saudi Arabian company with solid roots in real estate, hospitality, and agriculture. Prior to my interview with the Board of Directors, I made a mini-presentation to be more memorable.

2 takeaways from this experience:

- Go the extra mile during your interview: Create a mini presentation or a 90-day plan of how you're going to make a difference at the company. You instantly stand out as someone who takes the initiative to research the company in an intuitive way.

- Align yourself with the company's core values: Find common ground. See what company values align with yours and brand yourself accordingly. Help employers help you. Make it easy for them to pick someone who is a potential fit for the role.

Allah has taught us to guard our hearts from even an atom’s weight of pride, the kind that makes us forget the Source.

This is where the G word comes in.
