Alfie Wilson's Linkedin Analytics

As an ambassador at The Burnt Chef Project, I use my problem solving and networking skills to raise awareness and support for the mental health and well-being of hospitality workers. I joined this mission-driven organization in December 2022, after working as a recruitment consultant at Spayse for eight months, where I helped connect talented chefs and managers with top restaurants and hotels. Before that, I gained valuable culinary experience as a junior sous chef at Hawksmoor and Wright Brothers Ltd, and as an executive chef at Clean Kitchen Club, where I created healthy and delicious plant-based dishes. I also mastered the art of sushi making as a commis chef at Chotto Matte, and acquired a digital networking strategies certification from LinkedIn in August 2022. I have a passion for food and design, which I studied at Godalming College, along with English language and literature. I also received the iDEA- Duke of York Bronze Award in 2018 for my digital skills. I am always eager to learn new things, meet new people, and make a positive impact in the hospitality industry.
