I have been a recruitment consultant for 8 years, I learnt recruitment in London in a big recruitment firm where I learnt the English way of professionalism with pure hunting. I learned what it means to reach my objectives regardless of the deadline or the means at my disposal. When I came back to France, I ended up specialising in more technical and specific jobs (Engineering, Construction, Finance). Being born in Lisbon and always attracted by the international scene, I had the opportunity after 2 years to go back to a recruitment agency specialised in IT where I had the opportunity to work again in a specific job but with a more strategic vision of recruitment. With these experiences, I realised that the costs were too high for some structures, not to mention the poor results. For this reason, I decided to launch Huntzen to transform the recruitment world by bringing my vision to it. The goal? Be fairer to everyone in view of the existing challenges in recruitment.
