I am a highly driven and motivated graduate with a Master's Degree in the Psychology of Education from the University of Manchester. I am passionate about Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility and promoting learning and development in people from minority backgrounds. 5+ years of experiences in the education and psychology sector where I led large-scale projects, and supported stakeholders & clients with data analysis, project management & administration to deliver mental health interventions to schools to help Refugee and Asylum-Seekers around England. I am proficient in statistical analyses programmes such as SPSS and NVivo, with strong skillset of project management principles. Throughout my employment, volunteering and studies, I have demonstrated sound teamworking, communication and organisational skills. Was actively involved in supporting staff and students at my university as a student ambassador and course representative. Gained a prestigious delegate award given by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, for discussing world issues at the World Youth Forum in 2019 which focused on educational policy.
