Group Marketing Director

I was directly responsible for all aspects of managing many of our successful, market leading Estate Agency branches. 

This role was multi faceted, however key elements included team management and training, business development and growth of market share, competitor analysis and multi channel marketing.

In my most recent 'posting', I opened a branch in 2010 with 5 direct, long established local competitors. We were market leader within 6 months and stayed there up until the point I moved to my new role.
