I coached at the highest level of Division I college basketball for 13 years, 7 at the University of Kentucky and 6 at the University of South Florida. This is where my passion for coaching people began. As a college basketball coach, you not only coach the players on the court but off the court as well. There is more time spent coaching them off the court than on, as there is limited time you are allowed to spend on the court. More time was spent preparing and coaching them on leadership, and their future career outside of basketball, and next steps for life after college. I had to coach their parents, family members, and friends as well due to certain environments the players came from. This is why I started my coaching business. There are so many people today that need coaching and training to accomplish their goals in life and I want to make sure I do my part to help them. A proven leader and team player with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication and loyalty with great managing qualities. Over 20 years of experience coaching, teaching, developing, mentoring, leading and recruiting high level character and talent that lead to personal and organizational success. I love building strong working relationships through effective communication that translates into personal or organizational success. By using emotional intelligence, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills I am able to help clients get to the root of their challenge.
