Passionate about facilitation, collaboration and learning, I bring a communication background and a knack for navigating complexity. I had the chance to gather diverse professional experience in agencies, public service, and medium-sized to large companies. I also have had the privilege of working closely with individuals from various walks of life - encounters which taught me to navigate between different perspectives and how to bring them together. In 2021 I decided to do a career shift, after discovering and learning about Agile some years earlier. Caring about people first just makes so much sense to me. My true passion lies in establishing conducive environments that empower people to work together harmoniously(while feeling safe to still address conflicts), both in-person and in the digital realm. I thrive on creating frameworks and exchanges that foster appreciation, productivity, and efficiency. I believe and experienced that this works best if it's based on trust (#5DysfunctionsOfATeam). Equipped with professional training as a mediator, coach, and certified scrum master, together with my first career in communication, I possess a unique skill set. Active listening, adept structuring, and the ability to pose thought-provoking questions are among my strengths which I carry out with joy. I adapt swiftly to diverse situations and topics, always eager to learn and expand my knowledge. If I can't learn, I am unhappy. Progress is very important to me. My professional areas of interest encompass the realms of new work, scrum methodologies, IT, people and culture, agility, sustainability, learning, personality psychology, technology, education and employee development. And possibly other things, I'm not yet aware of. I can also bring a lot from my personal interests - dancing and improv theater - into my daily work. If you ask me for a fun fact, I'm more than proud to tell you that I once had the honor of providing the following directions to my office: simply go past the T-Rex and up the stairs.
