Having spent all my career in the retail industry, I am passionate about helping retailers streamline and digitize their commercial processes with their suppliers. I have been working in store and in Head Office as negotiator and in IT. These experiences gave me a good knowledge of retail business processes, project management and how IT solutions can help the business. As a Retail Business Expert at ULiT, I am responsible for implementing ULiT's innovative solution for our clients in the MENA region, prospecting the market for future opportunities, and leading the Dubai office. Knowing that many retail companies, both in Europe and in the Middle East, still manage their back margin in an Excel spreadsheet, I am convinced there is still a lot to be done to improve this process. With AI invading our lives, this setup makes is no longer sustainable. Previously, I was the Head of Business Process Digital Transformation at Majid Al Futtaim, where I led the strategic development and deployment of multiple projects using: - Microsoft 365 platform - Power BI - Power Apps - E-commerce - Accounts Payable automation. We notably implemented a supplier portal which streamlined the business the relations between the retailer and their suppliers. I successfully increased the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of various business processes, such as supplier management, omnichannel vision, and business intelligence. With my team, I contributed to increase productivity both in Head Office and in stores. I have a Master's degree in Information Technology Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration, as well as a certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education. I am also skilled in Salesforce administration and ROI analysis. I enjoy learning about new technology trends and applying them to provide solutions to retailers.
