Senior Client Lead

I act as an extension of my clients marketing and media teams to provide custom digital advertising solutions for their initiatives. I provide solutions in the form of managed service for digital media planning/buying, as well as in-house media software solutions.

Our technology solution is called, Basis, which is an enterprise-level media automation software that houses our integrated demand-side platform for programmatic media. This software helps brand marketing and media teams bring their digital media execution in-house. It automates planning, buying, execution, optimization, holistic media analytic, and billing facilitation across all digital channels. (Search, Social, Programmatic, and Site Direct)

Our managed service offering allows our clients to have one media contact with a full digital team of experts who can help them plan/execute across any digital channel including Search, Social, Programmatic display/mobile/video, Connected TV, Programmatic TV, Digital Out-of-Home, Native, Ad Networks, and Site Direct.

Client Lead

- Worked with the sales team to create new opportunities within our markets across agencies and brands
- Actively prospected over a 6 state territory for client leads within our region
- Secured meetings with agencies and brands across the Midwest
- Led the development of presentation collateral and follow-up deliverables

Client Development Associate

- Managed 14 million dollars over 190 campaigns in 2016
- Primary duties included acting as the liaison between campaign operations, media strategy, and client development, including order processing, approval of insertion orders, plan changes, optimizations, and revenue fulfillment
- Managed the actualization process for all RTB solutions
- Ran weekly status meetings and maintaining the associated organizational documents
- Assisted the finance team in billing executions and discrepancies including client and publisher invoices
- Accommodated RFI requests and additional research material for proposals by utilizing tools such as Kantar, MRI, GPS, E-Marketer, Mintel, and other outside industry-related research tools

- Managed 17 million dollars over 198 campaigns in 2015
- Primary duties included the facilitation and final transition of creative assets into 2nd and 3rd party ad servers, while also managing the integration of 4th party verification services
- Drafted and managed creative specifications for agencies and client direct relationships
- Coordinated timelines and deliverables for pixel strategies, rich media development, research, and ad product vendors
- Worked with clients on creative development, making sure assets were produced correctly and that the files included the right ad server components and API connection to ensure proper tracking
