I started photography as a passion of creating awesome images to print or post online.  
My talents soon began to increasingly exceed what I thought was possible for myself. Now, I use my photography and creative talents to provide a service for YOU!  I specialize in headshots, environmental portraits, glamour and the horror genre. 
HEADSHOTS:
Corporate headshots - First impressions are extremely important in the corporate world. Nowadays, your social media has become clients first choice of contact with you. Do you have a professional headshot in your profile? 
Having a bad headshot or even worst NO headshot can easily send the wrong message. Have you judged someone you've never met on a photo? You probably hate to admit it, but chances are you have. 
Now, ask yourself: what do you want people's first impression of you to be? Save your selfies for Facebook. 
On the flip side,  you have a beautifully lit and clean photo of you with a nice Genuine smile.  BOOM! Your first impression is incredibly professional and respected. 

Actor Headshots - Just like corporate headshots, an actor's first impression is largely seen from their headshot. Stand out from the rest with my cinematic headshot style.  A tight headshot with beautifully blurred out backgrounds that makes you the centre of attention!

Environmental Portraits - I personally love these portraits. These portraits are essentially you in your working environment. Work in a fancy office? Let's take a photo of you at your desk. Work in a lab? I'll take a photo of you doing what you do best in the lab.  You get the idea. The fun part is coming up with professional and creative ways to display you and your work. Breathing new life into the comic book industry, Whiplash comics has debuted their comic saga with a photographic novel series, Vancity Outbreak.  Casting Vancouver actors, makeup artist, and series writer Cale Boudreau.  Reid storyboarded, photographed, directed, edited, composited, and laid out 2 full issues resulting in over 100 pages. 
Two brand new series are already in the works.

- Using Mediasite which is the leading web communications and content management system for lecture capture, event webcasting and online knowledge management.
- Setting up cameras, lights, soundboards, mics and other equipment for recording various events.
- Setting up a fully functional Photography studio for portraits, group shots, families, children, medical facility, doctors, etc.  
- Working with Nikon DLSR cameras, lens, speedlights, and softboxes for event and/or outdoor photography shoots.
- Maintenance on all our media equipment throughout the hospital including computers, monitors, projectors/bulbs, microphones, keyboards/mouse, kiosk computers, DVD/VHS players, document cameras, DSLR cameras/lens, Video Cameras, soundboards, and system control panels.
- Using Mac and PC operating systems and multiple software programs to create and edit photos,
posters, pamphlets, graphics, photo touch-ups/manipulating, video editing, and creating fully interactive media.
- Creating ibooks using Mac software
- Set up and running a fully operational Simulation lab.
- Working with top of the line Simulation manikins for educational use

Working with Rainmaker has been an excellent experience.  Learning new methods and gaining better knowledge to create realistic animations. I was working with a 16 camera Vicon MX motion capture system.  Shooting, tracking, and solving motion capture data for video games, films, and televison shows. Tracked with Vicon IQ, solved with MotionBuilder 7.5 and 2012.

Working on a new 3D animated cartoon, I’ve been in charge of all aspects of the motion capture for the show.  Training and experience with a 16 camera Vicon MX motion capture system.  Knowledge of character set up, motion data clean up, characterizing models, applying motion capture data to characters, and creating realistic as well as exaggerated movements.
