Orchestrating the short- and long-term strategic approach to the customer and collaboratively harnessing and managing all necessary resources to achieve customer and Dell Technologies objectives.

Achievements:
-	Top Account Executive FY21 - Outstanding Award 
-       Signed a three-year framework agreement with the biggest telecom operator in east Africa. The 
         deal was built around a price book that was negotiated to speed up procurement and increase 
         operation efficiency due to standardize items.
-	Closed an e2e on-premises cloud data centre including HW and SW
-	Closed a greenfield telecom operator in east Africa, 5 years deal including HW, SW and Manages services.

Ericsson

Orchestrating a seven-person cross-cultural account team ensuring positive customer experience & maximizing the overall profits
► 30 MUSD P&L responsibility for BSS and Core SW sales and client responsible for CIO and senior VP in Etisalat Group
► Overachieved 2018 sales targets and closed the first ever multi-year recurring SW deal in Etisalat
► Closed the first fin-tech deal in Ericsson since 2014, recognized as the best Global Deal in the Business Unit BDGS 
 ► Won monthly global sales competition in May and December, by signing multi-million dollar key deals
 ► Successfully renegotiated three key support contracts and successfully defended the existing footprint in Charging, Billing and Mediation

Account Manager, Etisalat UAE Account

Led techno-commercial discussion for Software and Services in OSS/BSS and Cloud NFV.
► Drive technology adaption in the Middle East and Africa with top customers like MTN, STC, Etisalat and TurkCell.
► Captured 5MUSD in SW sales in less than two months by forging a new process to identify over usage of SW licenses.

Lead responsible and customer interface for major business & technical decisions. 2016 Key Contributor, Highest performing employee.
►  Established IT transformation engagement with Tier 1 operator by consolidating isolated legacy OSS/BSS stacks to a single Cloud solution with resulting in reduced TTM by 70%.
►  Forged a frontend Customer Experience framework for a large operator group that reduced the customer onboarding time by 50%.

Chief Software Architect, Digital Transformation, EMEA

The driver of business development and group approvals towards MTN for SW and Services. Interface to MTN Group CIO and global procurement for all OSS/BSS related techno-commercial discussion.
►  Working closely with CIO in MTN Nigeria, Uganda, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Ghana SA, Iran, Syria, and Sudan with OSS/BSS strategy.
►  Nominated for global sales competition after closing a recurring 5-year software & services deal.  
►  Responsible for a large OSS/BSS transformation project with a value of more than 20 MUSD in 16 countries, over 2 continents.  
►  Innovated and sold an IT Automation BluePrint framework that substantially increased the agility and flexibility inside MTN operations.  
►  Standardized and streamlined the whole MTN IT Automation architecture in 21 countries.

Engagment Manager Global Customer Unit MTN

IT Orchestration and telecom activation specialist. Driving techno-commercial engagements and perceived as the "Guru" in the region.
►  Created a regional reference architecture that was adopted by more than 10 Telecom Operators.
►  Created the first global software sales training material for the internal sales force, which later was used as a model for all software sales training material.  
►  Recognized as the top individual contributor in the Middle East and Africa out of 150+.
►  Initiated developed and successfully delivered 30+ Customer workshops in 20 countries
with over 30 customers.
► Conducted a public speak on a sales convent with 200+ attendees.

Senior Solution Architect, Orchestration & Service Fulfilment, Middle East & Africa

Managed a team of 4 local System integrators and 15 remote developers in Sweden and India  
►  Created an IT solution for a global operator that became standardized and rolled out in 16
countries, the total value exceeded 30MUSD.  
►  Transformed customer business processes and enabled growth from 8 to more than 40 million subscribers in 2 years.  
►  Managed a 3 MUSD project on time and within budget which received outstanding ratings from the customer.  
►  Created add-on sales opportunities for more than 10 MUSD.  
►  Created and implemented an IT solution that reduced the error fallout in service orders from 18% to 2% and reduced the help desk staff by 350+ (30%)
