With over 19 years of experience in human resources, I am a Hogan Certified HR Manager. I manage the HR operations and strategy for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, overseeing employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. My mission is to enable the growth and development of the company's human capital, aligning it with the business objectives and values. I have successfully implemented various HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement surveys, competency frameworks, career development plans, and recognition schemes, resulting in improved employee satisfaction and retention.
