- Created and implemented 4 marketing campaigns for our exchange programs

- Provided 262 unique exchange experiences, which resulted in a 54% growth in numbers of outgoing exchanges from previous year on a national level

Head of Outgoing Exchange & Product Marketing

As an Account Manager, I was creating sales campaigns for our clients and communicating with them on weekly basis. I closely worked with a Market Research Specialist on defining the client's target group in detail, meaning target countries, industries, company size, decision-maker profiles as well as basic competitor analysis. 

The main channel I used for reaching new leads was through email campaigns. For every client, I created a custom campaign with the initial email and 3 - 4 follow-ups, A/B testing of content, and the subject of the emails. Also Reporting on a weekly basis with insights into the statistics of the campaigns (including the number of contacted leads, delivery rate, open rate, reply rate, number of interested leads, etc.).

Account Manager

As Market Research Specialist, I was closely working with an Account Manager defining target groups in detail, meaning target countries, industries, company size, decision-maker profiles for clients and for Sky High Growth. A concrete output was a weekly database of carefully prequalified leads - multiple relevant decision-makers that fit the profile of the client's target group and all of their relevant contact information. 

- Researched new potential markets for us and clients
- Generated over 30 000 qualified leads for us and our clients
- Defined target groups for over 5 clients

Market Research Specialist

- Part of a team of 8 people who were responsible for leading and developing AIESEC FON
- Lead a sector of 20 members and 5 team leaders
- Managed and developed 3 types of exchange programs on a local level
- Created and implemented offline marketing campaigns for 3 all exchange programs

- Developed and trained 25 members
- Provided 25 unique exchange experiences, which resulted in a 47% growth in numbers of outgoing exchanges from last year on a local level
