In my role I am responsible as full cycle Account Executive opening the Dutch Market for SMB accounts. (Up to 1000 FTE Locally)

- Signed up to 47 clients resulting in €450,000 GSV
- Average Deal size €15,000 - € 50,000 GSV, average Deal cycle 1 - 4 Months.
- Responsible for selling a freelance management solution (And matching with freelancers)
- Target persona's: HRM, CMO, CTO, Owner, Director, Procurement.
- Created a sales strategy for the market
- Analysis & presentation to C-Level stakeholders. 
- Increased the reply rate from 20% to 40%
- Coached and managed a team of two BDR's.
- Performance: 75% of annual BR target (Up to November).

With services available through a robust online platform, API and plugins, TextMaster offers translation in more than 50 languages and fields of expertise.

It's technology makes it simple for businesses to connect with talented translators in just a few clicks, in order to translate any type of content at scale. As business developer for the Benelux market, I have;

- Signed up to 63 new clients.
- Average Deal size €5,000 - € 70,000 GSV, average Deal cycle 1 - 8 Months.
- Responsible for selling a translation management solution.
- Target persona's: CMO, Localization manager, Content manager, owners.
- Helped with writing and implementing cadences that work. (And choosing prospecting software)
- Onboarded new joiners
- Performance: 122% of the annual target.

Business Development Manager

Talpa eCommerce

Talpa E-commerce as part of the Talpa group is an international e-commerce player and Dutch market leader in dynamic pricing in the leisure and travel sector. Furthermore, it also deals with a high volume of product sales. With more than 100 million visits, 3 million satisfied buyers and the fifth consecutive annual award for website of the year, we have been creating new sales channels through innovative websites such as VakantieVeilingen and ActievandeDag.

As the new business account manager, I was responsible for getting new partners on the platform and making commercially interesting deals with them. Key achievements.

- Signed up to 189 deals on our website.
- Mastered Cold calling 
- Target persona's: Owner, CMO, Revenue manager
- Performance: 110% of annual target.

New Business Account Manager

Unilever

As an extension to the previous project at Unilever I joined a new team representing Carte d’Or ice
cream in the OOH market.
This high-end line of new Ice Cream products is new to a competitive market focusing on restaurants
and fine dining establishment. The responsibilities consist of the acquisition of new customers and
maintaining the relationship, this time around ‘’Noord Holland’’ in the Netherlands.

- Built new points of sale for Carte d'or.
- Sales cycle 1 hour - 2 weeks, persona's; owners, Chefs and purchasers.

Area Manager

Ice Cream can change the world. Employed at Unilever as a Junior area Manager for the brands Ola,
Ben & Jerry’s and Lipton Ice Tea.
Responsibilities vary from increasing the revenue, creating, and maintaining long term relationships with
customers to promotional activities at trade fairs and brand activation at events. I worked both in the
Twente region and in Utrecht, serving a vast array of customers within the hospitality industry.

- Increased visibility in our outlets. (Also during large events)
- Sales cycle 1 hour - 2 weeks, persona's owners, and purchasers.
- Drove distribution of new products.

Junior Area Manager

AccorHotels

Intern at Mercure Resort Sanur doing two functions, being an Front office and reservations employee and being responsible for the sustainable development program of Accor called Planet 21. Duties include project management of Accor’s ‘’Planet 21 Day challenge’’. The project was chosen amongst the 25th best projects of the 3700 submissions. Furthermore I managed to advance the resort in Planet 21 certification level from silver to gold and started the process of getting an ISO 14001 certification.

Red Bull

Red Bull gives you wings! 

Sales representative of Red Bull, Unilever and Vrumona products in quick service restaurants and smaller outlets in the hospitality industry. The products in the portfolio consist of Red Bull, Lipton Iced Tea and Mountain Dew. 

Duties include the maintenance of relations, increasing the visibility of the products and creating new points of sales for the various products in northern part of the Netherlands (Friesland). 

- Direct sales to owners of quick service restaurants
- Best performing team during the first quarter of 2014.
- Best ''Brisk'' seller of the month.
- Most new outlets of Red Bull in February and March 2014.
