- Develop and implement marketing communications and promotion plan, providing project management; maintain and update plan on regular basis to reach priority audiences and support organizational goals.
- Deliver and project manage tactical activities associated with marketing communications and promotion plan, including digital and in-person event management, outreach communications, original content development, vendor and partner management; encompass digital and print communications vehicles existing today (launchny.org, capitalconnectny.org, social media via linkedin, twitter, facebook, monthly twitterchats, monthly newsletter, listserves), and new vehicles (e.g., supporting Venture360.co for Investor Network).
- Engage and coordinate with client companies, Launch NY Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, and ecosystem partners regarding marketing communications and public relations opportunities and needs; provide project management support of these efforts.
- Develop and manage partner, contractor, and vendor relationships with direction of supervisor.
- Participate in development, refinement, and reporting from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Create and manage documentation related to marketing communications and promotion activities and assets.
- Support Launch NY team on as needed basis with strategic planning, fundraising, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with partner organizations and ecosystem activities, sponsorship, and events.
- Coordinate with Launch NY personnel to support organizational needs in finance, accounting, product development, grants administration, IT and CRM systems, fundraising, marketing, EIR and related programming, and other areas.

As a Marketing Manager, I had the opportunity to do one of the things I love the most: building relationships. I sought out new partnerships for in-house accounts, including influencers, clients, and investors. Additionally, I developed, implemented, and executed strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of interpretation as a profession, growing and retaining membership, and attracting new partnerships for Good Monster.

As a part of the Fractional CMO team, my job was to find qualified leads for LNY’s programs, since I already provided this service to them at the Good Monster, I was able to quickly scale the results. During the 2 years that I worked with them, I was able to close 162 meetings and 98 deals for their Investor Network Program.

I experienced many amazing things, but I leave here some of the works that marked my trajectory too much and live in my heart forever!

I also participated in the entire expansion process of the mall in 2017, which gained a garage building, 90 new stores, as well as another Food Court and another Events Square.
