By the time I left Deloitte I had already done two refurbishments of old apartments with the use of contractors. As the business began to grow, I felt the need to get more involved in the work and having a team of my own. In 2011 with the housing credit crisis I noticed a great demand in small typologies but a big drop in larger typologies and only these compensated me. I directed the business to the rental of furnished apartments and I've been doing it since 2012. I have over 1000 reviews on Airbnb that prove my hospitality, ease with which I communicate in English, French and Spanish and customer service that I provide in a multicultural environment. I have a broad experience in contract management.

I joined Arthur Andersen with experience in implementing ERP Oracle Applications but in terms of software I did projects with ERP JD Edwards. I was involved in several projects related to Shared Services in various sectors since CUF, Aenor, Portugal Telecom and several entities of the Portuguese State. I was in the government area when I left Deloitte and it was the last two years in the organization that I became quite fond of the commercial aspect of the business.
