Managing the VAT compliance team for all UK Amazon companies on a monthly basis. This included compliance reviews with internal or external VAT advisory contacts. The UK team was responsible for Compliance VAT return filling for Retail, digital and advertising. In addition, business support included intrastat monthly filing, EC sales filings and monitoring of ESS failings. I personally managed a team of 4 members and hired/developed 3 new team members for the EMEA team.
