Minimizing founder dread: At one startup I work with, I started off managing their influencer campaign on the backend, but realized the founder hated following up with influencers via email, so I took that responsibility off his plate, removing the bottleneck and minimizing his dread. 2. My creativity: I created an Instagram filter for one brand that I've worked for (I just thought it would be cool!). SparkAR was very interesting to learn 😅 3. My Excel skills: Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs used to be a part of my everyday life back when I worked in logistics and supply chain. 4. My selling: When I sell my book in-person, I sell out almost every time!! 5. My writing: Not only do I have a published book, but I also have a CPG newsletter, Weird CPG. 6. My process creation: I create clear, detailed, LEGENDARY SOPs that long outlive my tenure at the companies I've worked for. 7. My resourcefulness: I've worked at a startup where I wore 7 different hats, taking on positions I've never held before. 8. My networking skills: I've come across several opportunities that I thought would be good for people in my network and facilitated introductions to help them get those gigs! 9. My ability to navigate both startup and corporate settings: At this point in my career, I worked in a corporate office for 5 years and worked for startups for 3 years. 10. My self-awareness: I show up everyday as 100% Renata and give other people space to do the same ❤️ .................. I'm a scrappy Cross-Functional CPG Operator with specializations in Operations, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Marketing as well as experience in various other fields. I eat, sleep, breathe, and write about CPG. I approach everything I do with enthusiasm and a great sense of humor.
